Heartland Buffet - $13.95
Choose one: Southern fried chicken, Country fried beef steak, Turkey breast, or Yankee pot roast.
Served with mashed potatoes, carrots, tossed salad, fruit salad, and rolls with butter
Sandwich Buffet - $8.75
Thin sliced turkey, ham, roast beef and pastrami, sliced Swiss, cheddar, provolone, and pepper-jack cheese. Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers, pickles, mustard and mayo. Comes with vegetable or fruit tray and your choice of: Potato, pasta, tropical fruit, or tossed salad.
Penne Pasta with Grilled Chicken Buffet - $9.25
Penne pasta and tender grilled chicken with bell peppers and onions baked in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce. Served with chef's choice vegetable, Caesar salad and breadsticks.

Baked Potato Buffet - $8.00
Large baked potatoes with sour cream, butter, chives, cheese, chili, broccoli and bacon bits. Served with tossed salad and rolls.
Italian Buffet - $10.95
Your choice of meat lasagna, vegetarian lasagna, or chicken parmesan. Served with penne and fettuccini pasta, and sun-dried tomato alfredo and marinara sauces. Ceasar salad and breadsticks included.
Soup & Salad Bar Buffet - $8.95
Your choice of soup: Curry-tomato bisque, Broccoli cheese, Tomato Florentine, Corn chowder, Cream of potato, or Chicken noodle.
Salad bar comes with: Iceberg and Spring mix salad greens, Ranch, Raspberrry viniagrette, and Italian dressings.
Toppings: Ham, turkey, shredded cheese, tomatoes, beets, green onions, craisins, and croutons.
Add more toppings at $0.50 each: Mandarin oranges, cottage cheese, artichokes, pineapple or broccoli
For an additional $3.00 add: Lemon pepper chicken, ravioli, or chuncky chicken croissant sandwiches.
